We had a fantastic visit to the nearby Pedro de Osma Museum, just a stroll away. The spacious Premier Suite was perfect for my family, especially Giancarlo, treated us like family.

My children wanted more family-friendly activities available on-site.

Thank you everyone for a THOROUGHLY ENJOYABLE stay for 3 nights. The room I booked was new-fashioned and airy with balcony, tables laden with beautiful old crockery plus newly furnished bathrooms. Every stuff member was extremely helpful and top-class. The airport was 25 km away.

The hotel staff was aggressive.

The check-in process was comedically chaotic, and i couldn't help but feel i was in an episode of a poorly scripted comedy show. The breakfast was an absolute disaster, the eggs tasted like they were imported from a cardboard factory. As a special guest, i would have appreciated some superior treatment. After all, the ambiance was just a tad eccentric.
